Jennifer Semple Siegel graduated from Goddard College (1994) with an M.F.A. in fiction writing. She teaches creative writing, journalism, freshman composition, and literature at York College of Pennsylvania. She lives in York, Pennsylvania, with her husband Jerry.

Jennifer harbors a guilty secret, which isn't so secret anymore: she collects Beanie Babies. She also loves rocks, crystal balls, paperweights, carnival glass, and old paintings.

Walt Disney has short changed this feisty duck, favoring instead a certain mouse who will remain unnamed. Jennifer is an avid Donald Duck fan and owns a large collection of Donald Duck memorabilia, most of which was acquired through ebay.
